Why Lakeview Wellness Clinic?
Lakeview Wellness Clinic is locally owned and operated. We are a small clinic, we understand that every patient is unique and therefore, requires an individualized treatment plan. We take our time to get to know you and develop a treatment plan that increases therapeutic benefits while reducing possible side effects. Our goal is to provide excellent care in a comfortable and safe environment.

Jennifer Hammond Eze MSN, CRNA, ARNP
Medical director
Jennifer is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). She is a board certified anesthesia provider. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington and a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami.
She has worked as an anesthesia provider for over ten years taking care of patients across the lifespan from infants to geriatric patients. For the past nine years, she has worked primarily at Harborview Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center.
Jennifer has also worked in Outpatient Surgery Centers and Gastroenterology Centers. She has 20 years of experience in healthcare.

Jennifer is excited to provide Ketamine infusion therapy and IV infusion therapy at Lakeview Wellness Clinic. When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and their two adorable sons ages five and two.
